About
Oksana Plechii
I like taking something complex and leaving only what matters, in products and in everything else. Family and friends have always called me Ksyunya, so Ksu is just fine.
My path into product design wasn't linear.
Sociology taught me to see the motivations and systems behind what people say.
Graphic design trained the eye: hierarchy, rhythm, and knowing what to leave out.
Event management and business operations taught me to coordinate people, navigate constraints, and turn ideas into real outcomes.
Today that mix means one thing: I see a product from four sides at once (user, business, design, team).
